Good evening!

I suffered from the Artificial Streaming damage on Spotify, so I'd like you to share the situation.

'Artificial Streaming' is an improper action that increases streaming counts for the purpose of gaining income, etc, and it's not concerned whether it's manual or programmed and that inclination definately differs from the way music lovers enjoy listening to the music.

It is absolutely prohibited to affect not only artists themselves but also others.

My tune was added to a third party playlist on Spotify while I didn't know and was played several times and the Spotify system found that they were Artificial Streaming. Even in this case, the person who will suffer loss is me.

So, of course, I shared the damage with the related department and I'll tell you the fraud account that damaged my tune as soon as it's confirmed.

When I saw them, there were more playlists and they had more than a million followers. And I tried to capture these pages but Spotify doesn't allow us to do so, then I retried to shoot them with my camera but there were already 2 playlists only.

But!! I confirmed those URLs today(May 11th, 2026), this account reuses photos above and changed a company's name and has still lived!! How dirty they are!!! I shot the photo again, but if it's not masking, I can't show you. It's disgusting!

I have exchanged my business card with a Spotify's employee, so I guess I should tell him this situation, what do you think of it?

Spotifyで「人為的に操作されたストリーミング」の被害にあってしまったので、注意喚起をさせていただきます。

「人為的に操作されたストリーミング」とは、収益を増やす等の目的で再生回数を不正に稼いだり、通常リスナーさんが音楽を楽しむ方法とはかけ離れた形で手動・プログラムを問わず実施される不正行為であり、固く禁じられています。

自身の曲に行うのが禁じられているだけでなく、もちろん他者の曲にも行ってはいけません。

今日私は、知らないうちに他者が作成したSpotifyプレイリストに曲が追加され、Spotifyで再生されていて、それらが人為的なストリーミングとして検知されたとSpotifyから伝えられました。この場合でも不利益を被るのは私です。

現在関係部署と状況を共有している最中です。確認がとれ次第、不正が行われたアカウントのリンクを共有するので、どうかみなさまもお気を付けください。

不正が行われたアカウントですが、リンクをみなさまと共有して「この人が犯人です！」のように公開してしまうと、今後これを行った人物が犯罪等を行っていた際に問題が出てくるので、「不正のアカウントってこんなに自然なんですよ！」という証拠写真の公開という形で情報共有をさせていただきます。

写真にぼかしをかける必要があったのですが、手段がなかったのでマスキングすることにしました。

発見した時は、より多くのプレイリストが存在していましたし、フォロワーもそれぞれ万単位でしたが、Spotify上ではスクリーンショットができず、カメラで画面を撮影するころにはプレイリストが２つしかない状況でした。

本日（5月11日）こちらのURLを再度確認したところ、このアカウント、上記の写真をそのまま流用して、名を変えて運営していました！しぶとすぎる...（写真も撮りましたが、マスキングしないと出せないのが悔しいですね。）

Spotifyにお勤めの方と以前名刺交換をさせていただいたことがあったので、今後告発するかもしれません。。

(b) He has a lot of annonimous accounts on social media and pretends many imaginary person.

I'm sorry if you may be surprised, but a Japanese composer who I've never met hacks my mobile phone for the purpose of peeping and wiretapping, so I can't have a phone for almost 4 years.

It's a very sensitive issue so I have hesitated to announce it for a long time.

But the other day, I fortunately had an opportunity to ask advice from many expert composers and computer specialists, so I decided to go public.

Concretely, I found that the composer posted about my birthday(I haven't announced), conversations among my family, and content of email with my friends on his social media account.

Additionally, only email from my copyright society was often delayed.

Naturally, I went to the police and I asked for an investigation to a special company, but the evidence couldn't be found,

so the police told me that I should change the device and ignore him anyway. (But it didn't make sense.....)

Just as I wrote first, I have never met him so I don't know whether his purpose is for stealing my music or for stalking me.

But I think people who visit this website may also create music or other works.

So I'd like to share this information with you.

Concerning this website, I chose the company that I could think is most reliable for management of a server, and when I receive your email from the contact form, I use a computer that the composer can't follow.

So I'd like you to visit this website safely as usual!

I really appreciate expert composers who gave me precious advice and the listeners who always support me gently.

下記の文章を投稿した後、報復かと思われることがいくつか起こったので、例の作曲家の方の特徴をここに記します。

(1) 50代で日本でよく知られている作品に長い間携わっている方です。イニシャルはAです。

(2) その方はSNS上に多数の匿名アカウントを持ち、実在しない人物になりすましています。

　またそれらのアカウントを使用して、同僚の方をフォローしたり、不快な文章を送っているのを目撃しました。

どうか同僚の方やご家族の方に気がついていただき、行動を止めていただきたいです。

驚かせてしまったら申し訳ないのですが、みなさんのお耳に入れておきたいことがございます。

面識のない日本人作曲家の人から盗撮・盗聴目的でスマホをハッキングされるため、スマホを持てない状況が4年近く続いています。

センシティブな話題なので長い間公表をためらっていましたが、先日多くのベテラン作曲家の先生方やコンピュータの専門家の先生にご相談させていただく機会があり、公表することにしました。

具体的には、その作曲家のSNSアカウントに、公表していない私の誕生日や家族との会話内容、友人とのメールの内容などが書き込まれています。

また、JASRACさんからのメールのみ遅れて届くなどの不審なことも起こっています。

当然警察に相談に行きましたし、専門業者さんに調査をお願いもしましたが、証拠が取れなかったので、警察の方には無視することと機器を変えることをアドバイスされました。（それでも改善しませんでした…）

冒頭でお伝えした通り、面識がないので音楽の盗作等の目的なのか、ストーカー目的なのか全くわかりませんが、このウェブサイトを見てくださる方の中には音楽をはじめ著作物をお創りになる方も多数いらっしゃると思うので、どうか情報の共有をお願いできないでしょうか。

また、当ウェブサイトは最もサーバーの管理に信頼がおけると私が感じた事業者さんの提供するサービスを使っていますし、みなさまからお問い合わせを受け付ける際はその人に把握されていない自宅外のパソコンを利用しますので、今後もご覧いただけましたら幸いです。

I'd like to release a 2-tunes EP, titled "Night Cities", which contains "Night City Blues" and "Night Expressway"!

The former "Night City Blues" is a sort of serious tune. I imagined something blue - like an urban depression.

The latter "Night Expressway" will blow off our depression - upbeat jazz rhythm brings you a speedy feeling!

While releasing my tunes worldwide, I truly feel that you all have great culture and sensibilities to accept diverse music, so I can try to release various kinds of tunes.
