The copyright holder of my works is JASRAC, the copyright society in Japan that I'm affiliated with, and it cooperates with world copyright societies, so some business use cases require only a procedure licensing to your country's copyright society.

But if you want to arrange, synchronize(with film, advertising, TV, and game etc.) or print(with sheet music) my works, please feel free to contact me.  

Because there may be cases that I can't give you a licence to arrange, synchronize and print my works due to my copyright contract.

Or on the other hand, there may be cases that I can negotiate with you about my music use.
