To the composer : If you don't want to be written about you anymore, you must stop the improper behaviors.

Again... a spam call came this Sunday as well! (Oct.6)

I know the wrong is people who do such ridiculous things, but I'd like to ask mobile phone companies to make more efforts to punish improper actions.

 During scrolling search results (youtube.com)

I'm afraid that this phenomenon only occurs in my environment and I'm scared- because this move synchronizes with my scrolling.
