During scrolling search results, can you see photos move like above?(I'm sorry that the video is dirty - I'm embarassed!)

 During scrolling search results (youtube.com)

I'm afraid that this phenomenon only occurs in my environment and I'm scared- because this move synchronizes with my scrolling.
